That’s the thing — racism doesn’t actually have different definitions. The definition of the word was intentionally softened to make it into something anybody could do — the power element was removed by those who would be tarnished by it. This is how white supremacist patriarchal capitalism works — it adapts and adjusts and erases the oppressed. It keeps us mired in semantics so that there can be no progress. But racism in western cultures flows one way and that is something that should be, but somehow isn’t, obvious.
